South Agadir Tour 3 days / 2 nights – Departure / Arrival Agadir

Day 1: Agadir » Inezgane » Tiznit » Mirleft » Legzira » Sidi Ifni.

Today, we will meet you at your hotel in Agadir. We will travel further south of Agadir toward Sidi Ifni passing by Inzegane and several villages like Tifnite. Enjoying the beautiful scenery along the coastal road and giving much time for stops and photos. We will reach Tiznit, an old town well-known with Berber jewellery made of silver. We will have a short break to discover the Souk( local Market).Later on we will head to Mirleft ,a small village popular with artists.Our next stop is at the larger beach of Legzira. This beach is very famous with two spectacular natural sandstone arches. Arrival at Sidi Ifni late afternoon. Dinner and overnight in hotel.

Day 2: Sidi Ifni » Back to Tiznit » Kerdous Pass » Tafraoute.

This morning, we will leave Sidi Ifni on the direction to Tafraoute while going back to Tiznit. Later on, we will take a new pathway across the spectacular Mountains of Anti Atlas. We will continue our driving; you will have many opportunities for stops to appreciate the landscapes, small oasis and Berber villages situated alongside the river. Our next stop is at the col 1100 m near Kerdous hotel where you will have a panoramic view of the magical Kerdous Valley. Arrival to Tafraoute, you will explore the surrounding area of this southern Berber town. You will see the prehistoric rock engravings, Napoleon’s hat and the painted rocks. Ending the journey in late evening. Dinner and overnight in hotel in Tafraoute.

Day 3: Tafraoute » Tizergane Kasbah » Ait Baha » Ait Melloule »  Agadir.

In this day, we will travel back to Agadir via Ait Baha over the Pass of Tizi Mlil. Enjoying the views of Ameln Valley and of Jebel Lekst ( 2359 m).you will see the Lion’s face,a rock formation on the mountain . Continuing on our drive over the ranges of Anti Atlas, we will reach the Tizergane Kasbah located on a hilltop besides the road. Stopping for a visit to this wonderful Kasbah. Later on we continue towards Ait Baha,Ait Melloule passing by several villages . You will admire the enormous landscapes and the thousands of almond and Argan trees around the area. Finally we arrive to Agadir.

 

Lets Start From “Agadir Instead Of Marrakech” – 4 days/ 3 nights from Marrakech to Agadir: “Order this to be Customized”

 

 

Day 1: Marrakech » TiziN’Tichka Pass » Aït BenHaddou » Skoura » El-Kelaâ M’Gouna.

Today, we pick up you from your place of stay. You will be driven across the TiziN’Tichka Pass (2260 m), you will have opportunities to take photos and enjoy the scenes of High Atlas Mountains along with Berber villages on the way. Our next stop is in the village of Aït Benhaddou,having Lunch break then exploring the exotic Kasbah of Aït Benhaddou. From here we head to Ouarzazate where you may have a stop to view the Kasbah of Taourirt that was built by the Glaoui dynasty then to Skoura where you will be mesmerized with the palm grove along the way. Continuing on towards Boumalne du Dadès or El Kelaa M’gouna (Valley of the Roses), and the Dadès Valley (Valley of One Thousand Kasbahs). Dinner and overnight in a hotel.

Day 2: Boumalne du Dadès » Tineghir » Todra Gorges »Tinejdad » Erfoud » Desert.

After breakfast at the hotel, you will leave toward Tineghir then to Todra Gorges. You will have the chance to stop for a panoramic view of the river. Continuing on the road alongside the river to reach the gorges where you will have a break for lunch. Walk on foot through this stunning place while enjoying the views of high rock walls (up 300 meters). From here we drive to Merzouga passing by Tinejdad, Erfoud, You may have a stop in Erfoud to visit one of the marble fossils Carriers then continue to your hotel situated on the foots of the orange dunes of Erg Chebbi. You will experience a camel ride to reach the desert camp in the middle of dunes where you will spend the night, enjoy your evening, dine under the stars and sleep in Nomad Berber tent.

Day 3: Desert » Rissani » Alnif » Tazzarine » N’kob » Agdz » Ouarzazate.

Waking up by the call of your guide very earlier to watch the sunrise then enjoying breakfast. You will trek back to your hotel where you can have hot shower and get ready leave the amazing dunes of Erg Chebbi. We will travel to Ouarzazate via Rissani ,Alnif,Tazarine, N’kob and Agdz. Stopping for lunch along the way. You will enjoy the views of Acacia trees, the valley of daraa and rock formations of ait saoun mountain before we reach ouarzazate. Overnight in a riad in Ouarzazate.

Day 4: Ouarzazate » Film Studios » Taliouine » Taroudant » Agadir.

This morning after breakfast you may visit the Atlas films Studios before we head to the town Taliouine, is famous with with best quality of Zafran, after that we will continue our journey to Taroudant where you will enjoy your lunch. Enjoying the views of Argan trees on the plain of Souss – you may see goats climbing the trees. Later on drive to Agadir city and drop you off in your hotel.

 

Best Itinerary: Agadir Desert Tour 6 days/5 nights – Departure Agadir / Arrival Agadir

Day 1: Agadir » Taliouine » Taznakht » Ait Benhaddou » Ouarzazate.

Today we will pick you up from your hotel in Agadir then travel to the south east of Morocco via Taroudant and Taliouine. Enjoy the views of the plains of Souss with argan trees –you may see goats climbing these unique trees of Morocco. We will pass by Taliouine, this city is very famous with good quality Saffron. Stopping for lunch on the way then heading to the village of Ait benhaddou for a visit to the Kasbah which was a backdrop for many movies such as The gladiator and Lawrence of Arabia. Later on we will head to the Ouarzazate where you will spend the night in hotel.

Day 2: Ouarzazate » El-Kelaâ M’Gouna » Boutghrar » Boumalne Dades » Todra Gorges.

This morning, after the breakfast in the hotel. We will leave Ouarzazate toward skoura and Kelaa m’gouna, a short visit to Kasbah of Amridil located in the oasis of skoura, later on we will pass by kalaa m’gouna to have lunch then take the trail of Boutghrar to visit one of the nomad families living in caves. We will continue our driving to dades gorges and see the rock formations. Later on we will head to todra gorges via Boumalne and tineghir. Overnight in a Kasbah.

Day 3: Todra Gorges » Tinejdad » Erfoud » Erg Chebbi  .

In the morning, you will hike/Walk on foot through this stunning place while enjoying the views of high rock walls (up to 300 meters). Later we will drive to Tinejdad or Touroug, a small berber village where you will have you lunch. Afterwards we will head to Erfoud and visit an industry of marble fossils as our region is very rich with fossils (ammonite and squids). After the visit and getting to know the fossils and the process of creating decorations, we will cross the off-road to reach the highest dunes of erg chebbi. Arrive to the auberge situated on the foot of the dunes. You will experience a camel ride to reach the desert camp in the middle of dunes where you will spend the night, enjoy your evening, dine under the stars and sleep in Nomad Berber tent.

Day 4: Merzouga » Tour Around Erg Chebbi Dunes

Waking up by the call of your guide very earlier to witness the sunrise then enjoying breakfast. You will trek back to your hotel where you can have hot shower and get ready for the excursion around Erg Chebbi dunes. This excursion gives you the opportunity to explore the surrounding desert by visiting the tiny villages such as Khamlia (village of black people who plays spiritual music of Gnawa) and fossil site in addition to a nomad Family. Visit the lake of Dayt Sarji that forms in spring time which attracts flocks of pink flamingos and wildlife. We will have a stop for lunch in the village of Hassi Lbied then back to your hotel for relax. Dinner and Overnight in the Auberge .

Day 5: Desert » Rissani » Alnif »Tazzarine » N’kob » Agdz

Today you will travel to Agdez via Rissani, Alnif, Tazzarine and N’kob. We will depart to Rissani, you will have a visit to Zawiya Moulay Ali ash-Sharif and you may also investigate the Souk (local market) with the opportunity to see the Fondouks where donkeys gather. Later on we will drive toward Alnif “home of trilobites” while enjoying the views of Anti Atlas mountains and hundreds of Acacia trees along the road. Stopping for lunch then continue to Tazzarine then N’kob. Later on we will drive along draa valley to reach Agdez. Overnight in hotel.

Day 6: Agdez » Taznakht » Taliouine » Agadir

This morning we will leave the small town of Agdz situated on the foot of Jbel Kissane Mountain. You will pass by Bou-Azzer (mine) then Taznakht, a village in the southern of Morocco famous with Berber carpets. We will cross Kourkouda passage the two passes of Tizi-n-Ikhsane (1650 m) and Tizi-n-Tighatine (1886 m) to reach the capital of Saffron Taliouine for a break for lunch. After lunch we will drive to Agadir. Arrive in Agadir and transfer to the hotel of your choice.
